Hexagonal frame whose shape provides greater rigidity and resistance to the racket, thanks to the creation of a rib in the frame, which has a straight part (edge) and a chamfered part (chamfer).
Reinforcement or bridge designed and built to reinforce the heart and stiffness of the racket frame.
New adhesive bumper designed exclusively for models with Hexagon frame. In its previous version, this it weighed 21gr. However, thanks to the new design it has been possible to reduce its weight by half, and now it only weights 10gr.
It has been designed and produced through an injection mold in a low hardness PTU to absorb shocks and chafing.
It is fixed on the racket frame by means of an adhesive material without the need to drill into the frame and thus avoiding having to weaken it for its fixing. Consequently, possible vibrations of the bumper are eliminated and we achieve a total twinning between the racket frame and the lower surface of the bumper.
Technology patented and registered in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office under Utility model No. ??????? extensible to other countries.
ADAPTED & GRADUAL HOLES
Gradual drilling technology adapted to the racket shape. It consists of using 3 different hole sizes, making them smaller in the central area (10 mm in diameter), medium in the middle area until we get close to the frame (11.5 mm) and large in the perimeter area or closest to the frame (13 mm). With this perforation we are able to compensate the excessive flexibility of the center of the racket with the low flexibility of the area of the core that joins the frame, thus allowing greater homogeneity to blows and increasing the resistance of the core.
This drilling technology has also been used with 2 diameters instead of 3 (13mm in the perimeter area and 11.5mm in the central area) in ranges of rackets not used by professional players as they turn out to be softer due to the fact that the drill in the central area it is 11.5mm instead of 10mm.
Soft foam core with spectacular measures of hardness and rebound, which gives a very balanced control and power to the racket, to play at low temperatures or up to 25ºC.
Advanced level Varlion padel racket designed for players who like white rackets. Thanks to its tear shape, it is characterized by providing a good balance beteween control and power.
It is made of a bi-directional carbon fiber tubular, reinforced by layers of fiberglass fabric. Its core is 38mm medium-strength Hypersoft EVA rubber, laminated by layers of plain fiberglass fabric, which are impregnated in Varlion's exclusive VAR-FLEX epoxy resin to obtain maximum elasticity and resistance, and covered by a layer of titanium dioxide.
It’s designed with a Hexagon frame to increase its rigidity and resistance, and includes the so-called Hexaforce bridge in the heart to further increase the rigidity of the frame.
Its frame is protected by the new adhesive injected Hexagon bumper, which is produced through an injection mold in low hardness PTU to absorb shocks and chafing. This bumper is fixed on the frame by means of an adhesive tape, which allows it to be perfectly twinned and helps to reduce the vibrations of the blade. In its latest version we have reduced its weight by 50%, now weighing only 11 gr.
Avant, Hexagon frame and Adhesive Protector, are Utility and Industrial brands and models registered with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, and therefore exclusively owned and used by Varlion.
